]]> Our mono-floral honey is 100% NZ natural “raw” honey collected by the NZ honey bee from the Manuka flower and delivered by the team to your hands.

What does raw mean?

“Raw”  means that the honey has not been heated greater than 47.7 degree C (we heat to 38 degrees – the same temperature as the hive) and that no additional processing has taken place. eg. pasteurised, fine filtered or creamed. As this has been shown to affect the food enzymes and can remove the nutritious bee bread, pollen, enzymes and minerals that are within the honey.

Our honey has no additives and is non-gmo,

Each batch is tested individually by a third party to ensure it has all the goodness associated with Manuka Honey.
